Murray Hill

Was a mole for the CIA Academy of Espionage, being one of the main villains. He's known as a "quadruple" agent, for joining many evil companies like SPYDER, joining forces with Leo Shang, and the Croatoan. He's now a freelance evil agent, and is Ben's arch-nemesis.
